Tournament Rules:
1) All games to be played using the American scoring format.
2) Courts 1 and 2 have been block booked between 17:15 and 21:00 on Tuesday 23rd through Thursday 25th inclusive and 17:15 and 19:30 on Friday 26th. Further block booking may be carried out if necessary and those still in the tournaments will be notified accordingly.
Due to a ladies team fixture on Monday 22nd court 1 can only be booked from 17:15 with the last booking being at 18:45 and court 2 can only be booked from 17:15 with the last booking being at 19:30.
3) To use one of these courts participants must either phone the club or attend in person and state their name, their opponent's name and which
tournament they are in. If the two participants have paid their £12 entrance fee they will be offered the use of those courts available on the day of their choosing. The reception staff have a list of those participants who have already paid their entrance fee.
